Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Holmen Cheese LLC is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift production team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct daily production operations to meet production and quality goals.
  • Supervise and lead a team of production team members to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve skills and performance.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Secondary education in business supervision or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a leadership role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
