Production Supervisor Opportunity at Holmen Cheese LLC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Holmen Cheese LLC. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production team, ensuring that production goals are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct daily production operations to achieve production and quality goals.
  • Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production and quality processes.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; Secondary education in business supervision or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a leadership role, with previous experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional motivator, skilled in leading teams and conflict resolution.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software.
