Land Development Manager

Lennar Homes is seeking a skilled Land Development Manager to oversee the planning, entitlements, and infrastructure development of our communities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of project-specific land development, ensuring timely completion of infrastructure and amenities.
  • Responsible for scheduling and inspecting work to ensure compliance with City or County requirements and applicable codes.
  • Manage budgets, cost controls, and cash flow projections to ensure project profitability.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary consulting teams to prepare and process land use documents and infrastructure design plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with jurisdictional agencies and stakeholders to ensure smooth entitlements and approvals.
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve project goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition and/or development.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Excellent written, oral, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and understand civil engineering and development plans.
