About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Account Manager to join our team at Tidewater Landscape Management. As a key member of our commercial grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our operations, including customer service, crew management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of landscape crew members to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our commercial clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate and schedule crew activities, including mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful completion of projects
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication with clients
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial grounds maintenance, with a focus on customer service and team management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, crew members, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
