Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Bangor Savings Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and a full range of banking services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers to meet their financial needs and goals.
  • Process routine and complex transactions efficiently and accurately, while meeting the Bank's Customer Experience standards.
  • Contribute to the overall sales growth of the Bank by engaging in customer conversations to develop rapport and recommend solutions.
  • Assist in ensuring that the Bank is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as requested, including training or assisting new employees.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years experience in retail banking, lending, sales, customer service and/or cash handling experience.
  • Demonstrated basic lending proficiency.
  • Demonstrated personal computer literacy.
Working Conditions

This position is based in a general office environment and may require moderate lifting, reaching, walking, sitting and standing.
