Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and implement detailed project plans, encompassing budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Supervise all project stages from initiation to completion.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee project budgets, cash flow, and contractual agreements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and governmental bodies.
  • Project Leadership: Collaborate with consultants, guide stakeholders, and drive project success.

  • Incentive Program Oversight: Comply with incentive program guidelines, interact with program personnel, and ensure prompt payment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in project delivery within the construction or energy efficiency sectors.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and financial analysis tools.
  • Thorough knowledge of building systems and construction processes.

Requirements
