About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Researcher to join our team at Trimble CTCT. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a crucial role in guiding the design and development of our products through a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive research and provide actionable insights to shape user-centric design solutions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to clarify and align understanding of research goals and objectives.
  • Design and execute user research studies using various methods (e.g., usability testing, user interviews, surveys, ethnographic research, A/B testing).
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
  • Collaborate with various teams to craft, conduct, and analyze research studies.
  • Synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to collaborate and communicate findings effectively.
  • Ability to work closely with UX Design, Product, and Technical Leads across various product teams.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
