We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our CBS Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and building strong relationships with clients in the building maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through aggressive outreach and research
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, including scheduling appointments, creating proposals, and making presentations
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and preferences
  • Utilize our CRM system to capture and manage customer information
  • Collaborate with account managers and sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales
  • Project or construction management experience a plus
  • Organized and able to move clients through the sales process
  • Strong closing skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
