LPN - Primary Care Specialist

Job Summary
Cleveland Clinic is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Palm City Health and Wellness Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in the Family Medicine Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care following Cleveland Clinic guidelines and protocols.
- Administer medication and document patient care in a timely and accurate manner.
- Recognize changes in patients' status and report to the healthcare team in a prompt and effective manner.
- Participate in patient education and health teaching to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and Clinic policies to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- BLS Certification, ACLS preferred.
- At least one year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Work Environment:
- Indoor work environment in air-conditioned areas.
- Use of personal protective equipment to ensure safety and prevent exposure to blood and infectious materials.
