LPN - Primary Care Specialist

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Primary Care team in Palm City. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing top-quality patient care, working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care by practicing within the guidelines of CCF policies and procedures, ensuring accurate medication administration and documentation.
- Implement pain management assessments and documentation, recognizing changes in patients' status and reporting pertinent information to Charge Nurses or Physicians.
- Utilize knowledge of disease processes and therapeutics to recognize and follow through with nursing interventions, adapting to changes in work environment and accepting supervisory feedback.
- Participate in departmental orientation of new employees, sharing knowledge and experiences to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation and files, adhering to National Patient Safety Goals and following Code Blue protocol as per Clinic Policy.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred if working in Cardiology.
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
