- Provide education and support to patients and families to empower them in their healthcare journey.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current RN license in the state of Colorado or eligible for licensure.
- One year of experience in a medical-surgical or intermediate care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
