Job Opportunity

CCMS & Associates is seeking a skilled Field Adjuster to join our team in North Carolina. As a Field Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating claims, inspecting damages, and recommending claim reserves.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough property inspections using Xactimate software
  • Investigate claims by gathering information from insureds, claimants, and witnesses
  • Recommend claim reserves based on investigation
  • Obtain and interpret official reports
  • Review coverage forms and endorsements to provide a thorough analysis of coverage
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of first-party commercial and/or residential property adjusting experience
  • Maintain current estimating software, preferably Xactimate
  • Working computer with internet access and Microsoft Word
  • Strong time management and customer service skills
  • North Carolina State adjusters license
  • Valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree
  • AIC, IICRC, HAAG, or other professional designations
