Meat Cutter Job Description

Fiesta Mart is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting all meats, including carcass cattle, and displaying a high level of knowledge of meat cuts, including special cuts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut all meats, including carcass cattle
  • Display advanced level of knowledge of meat cuts, including special cuts
  • Use meat grinders, slicers, knives, power saws, and tenderizers in a safe manner
  • Monitor cooler and display cases for proper temperatures and report problems
  • Clean/maintain work area
