We are seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Solutions Developer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our development team, you will design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using the Genesys Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud platform
* Experience in working with Contact Centre applications and associated integrations
* Develop and maintain Genesys Cloud applications
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions

Requirements:

* 5+ years' experience working as a Genesys developer
* Experience on IVR (Interactive Voice Response) development
* Experience on Genesys Composer
* Experience in Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD)
* Experience in Interaction Workspace (IW)
* Ability to identify opportunities to automate / streamline where applicable in overall solution

Desirable Skills:

* REST APIs
* Salesforce
* Genesys On-prem systems
* SQL server
* Data table configurations using Genesys cloud
