We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Support Representative to join our team at The Westin South Coast Plaza Costa Mesa. Key Responsibilities- Organize and confirm guest check-ins and check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
- Secure payment and verify billing information.
- Activate and file room keys, process guest requests, and relay messages.
- Print contingency lists and maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Identify and explain room features to guests, provide directions and information on property amenities and services.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and resolve any issues from the previous day.
- Run and review daily reports, complete designated cashier and closing reports.
- Accept and record wake-up call requests, process all payment types, and provide change.
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, report accidents and injuries, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Protect company assets, welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, and anticipate and address their service needs.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team goals, and comply with quality assurance expectations.
