Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Support Representative to join our team at The Westin South Coast Plaza Costa Mesa. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and confirm guest check-ins and check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
  • Secure payment and verify billing information.
  • Activate and file room keys, process guest requests, and relay messages.
  • Print contingency lists and maintain accurate records of guest information.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, provide directions and information on property amenities and services.
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and resolve any issues from the previous day.
  • Run and review daily reports, complete designated cashier and closing reports.
  • Accept and record wake-up call requests, process all payment types, and provide change.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
Requirements
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, report accidents and injuries, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Protect company assets, welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, and anticipate and address their service needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team goals, and comply with quality assurance expectations.
