Organizational Growth Partner

BAY AIR SYSTEMS INC is seeking a skilled Employee Success Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in employee relations and organizational development, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving growth. This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job:
This position requires a high level of integrity, discretion, and adaptability. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to effectively connect with all levels of the organization. They will also have experience with Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and vet candidates through various channels, including job fairs and online platforms
* Coordinate new hire orientation and training, ensuring compliance with corporate and industry standards
* Develop and implement processes for tracking and documenting training and certifications
* Assist employees with benefits, such as unemployment, sick leave, and medical/dental coverage
* Collaborate with Managers to select individuals for career success support and provide strategic direction for growth and success
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
* 5 years of experience in employee relations and organizational development
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
