About This Role

Hudson Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at San Francisco International Airport. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management to ensure seamless sales floor operations
  • Know basic store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and be able to answer customer questions about the entire store
  • Effectively operate a cash register and follow all company policies, cash handling policies, and special store loss prevention procedures
  • Communicate pricing, out-of-date, and inventory issues with management to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Protect all company assets, stock merchandise in stores and backrooms, and isolate, sort, and organize all damaged and outdated products and returns
  • Help maintain a neat, clean, organized store, which includes sweeping, dusting, straightening of merchandise, and trash removal
  • Places stock orders, receives freight, loads, and unloads trucks, and provides ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor
  • Assists in inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances
  • Perform related work as assigned
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to lift 40-60 pounds
  • Ability to work in an environment exposed to the elements, both hot and cold
  • Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities
