About the Role
Kaizen seeks a seasoned Senior Program Director to oversee our upcoming USAID Managing Market Access and Innovative Finance (MMAIF) activity. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic leadership and serve as the primary point of contact with USAID on day-to-day implementation and management matters.

**Job Overview:**
The Senior Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the MMAIF activity, ensuring alignment with USAID's goals and objectives. You will lead a team of professionals in providing technical assistance, capacity building, and training to stakeholders across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall strategy and direction of the MMAIF activity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with USAID on day-to-day implementation and management matters.
  • Lead a team of professionals in providing technical assistance, capacity building, and training.
  • Collaborate with project partners, USAID missions, Global Health offices, and other USAID operating units.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have at least ten years of demonstrated relevant experience within an international development context. You should also possess a minimum of five years of senior-level leadership experience and be authorized to work in the United States. A Master's degree in public health, health policy, management, international development, or business administration is required. Fluency in English oral and written communication is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
