We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Risk Management Coordinator to join our team at Washington Schools Risk Management Pool. Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Risk Services staff, including data collection, research, and document preparation.
- Assist in planning and coordinating departmental events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for department members.
- Prepare and proofread letters, presentations, and departmental materials for typographical and spelling errors.
- Conduct loss control research for newsletter articles, website updates, guidelines, and procedures.
- Compile data to prepare trend analysis for Risk Services staff.
- Perform complex rapid data entry tasks and maintain organized and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Assist in tracking departmental expenses and budget management.
- Transmit information or documents to members using electronic and post methods.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A community college and/or vocational school degree with study in a job-related area.
- Job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Insurability.
- Criminal Justice/Background Clearance and Drivers Record Request & Release of Interest.
This role is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide diversity of individuals and with a variety of data. Problem-solving is required to identify issues and create action plans.
LanguageThe primary language used in this role is English.
