Role Summary

In the role of Client Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting our advertisers. Acting as an integral part of their team, you will manage publisher relationships and spearhead recruitment and optimization initiatives. Your contributions will shape the affiliate marketing strategies for our clients, ensuring effective execution and management of these strategies.

  • Develop and present strategic opportunities that drive revenue directly to clients.
  • Identify and cultivate new revenue streams by establishing top-tier publisher relationships, negotiating media placements, and assessing performance to inform future investments.
  • Recruit and nurture premier publisher relationships on behalf of advertisers, setting clear expectations, sharing best practices, and providing regular updates to their expanding publisher networks.
  • Assist advertisers in maximizing the impact of their affiliate investments by analyzing and interpreting program performance data.
  • As a growth opportunity, you may lead the overall strategy and execution of an advertiser's affiliate program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex program management and technical challenges.
  • Work closely with the Client Development team to ensure precise execution and timely delivery of internal and client commitments.
  • Mentor Client Partnerships Associates by providing coaching, guidance, and best practices to foster their success at CJ.
Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the online marketing sector, preferably in digital performance marketing.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex results and demonstrating a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • Proven ability to influence and develop account strategies that utilize analysis and insights to meet or exceed client objectives.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks within set timelines while delivering high-quality results that contribute to client campaigns and business outcomes.
  • A results-driven problem solver.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Respectful of diverse opinions and perspectives.
