About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission of delivering compassionate and personalized services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
  • Current Oregon RN licensure and BLS certification.
  • Minimum one year of acute care experience in nursing.
Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary range of $39.74-$62.36 per hour, depending on experience. Additional incentives may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, and overtime opportunities.
