Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wire Harness Technician to join our team at RGBSI. As a key member of our assembly line, you will be responsible for preparing, setting up, and performing wire harness related testing according to automotive specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Equipment Operation: Operate various test equipment and chambers to ensure accurate and efficient testing of wire harnesses.
  • Fixture Building: Fabricate test fixtures by reading D and D prints and data to support testing operations.
  • Test Result Analysis: Collect and analyze test result data to identify areas for improvement and assist engineers in project planning.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in department assignments and activities, such as equipment calibration, work instruction, and continuous improvement activities (Kaizen), to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Safety and Housekeeping: Maintain a safe work environment and practice good housekeeping at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience or equivalent in fixture building.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
