Become a Key Member of Bastrop ISD as an Attendance Records Coordinator

PRIMARY FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the creation, management, and monitoring of student attendance, enrollment, transfers, withdrawals, and related documentation. Collect and process student grades and necessary adjustments.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Address and resolve concerns from parents and students in a timely manner.
  • Enforce student behavior standards in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct.

Support for Administrative, Financial, and Facilities Operations:

  • Accurately create and maintain student attendance records.
  • Conduct data entry in compliance with established policies.
  • Maintain attendance accounting records in alignment with guidelines.
  • Provide training to staff on attendance monitoring systems.
  • Verify daily attendance accuracy with parents and educators.
  • Prepare attendance-related reports and correspondence.
  • Assist the campus receptionist as needed.
  • Ensure precise data management for state agencies.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of student information.
  • Support various campuses and departments as required.
