Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corrugator Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the production team to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Monitor and control production costs, waste, and downtime
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet customer specifications
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the corrugated industry
  • Strong knowledge of corrugated manufacturing practices, procedures, and quality processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, wet and humid conditions, and moderate to high noise levels. Safety equipment, including bump caps, ear protection, and safety shoes, is required.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and talking for extended periods, as well as frequent use of hands and arms to handle and manipulate equipment. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
