Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Customer Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers by providing exceptional service and support.
As a Financial Customer Associate, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries and issues related to our financial services. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their goals.

Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience

Shifts and Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm EST, with the possibility of overtime and flexible scheduling.

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
