Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing meetings and special events operations and budgets
  • Lead the team to meet and exceed daily/weekly goals, including sales, attendance, guest satisfaction, and safety
  • Research and analyze new products, pricing, and services of competition
  • Assist in executing event management strategy aligned with the company's business strategy
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs of the banquet floor to promote client satisfaction and quality standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years of experience in hospitality, event management, food and beverage, sales, and marketing, or a related field
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in hospitality or a related major; 1 year of experience in hospitality, event management, food and beverage, sales, and marketing, or a comparable field
