Responsibilities- Provide resident care and support in all activities of daily living, ensuring the health, welfare, and safety of all residents.
- Monitor vital signs and weight, record intake and output information, and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize resources and materials to provide for resident comfort, answer call lights and requests, and report observations to the nursing supervisor.
- Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records, and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Adhere to professional standards, company policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local requirements, including JCAHO standards.
- Maintain a safe environment for patients and adhere to clinical management protocols.
- Illinois Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Certification (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, including:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
