Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team at Adecco US, Inc.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Materials Engineering or related field and 2 to 5 years of project engineering experience.

This role is responsible for managing projects from the design stage to shipping. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with other employees, interpret complex documents, and write standard reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
  • Participates in foundry-related process improvement projects.
  • Investigates and corrects quality-related issues.
  • Trains team members on technical aspects of producing quality ferrous/stainless investment castings.
  • Makes recommendations to management to resolve casting issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Materials Engineering or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of project engineering experience.
  • Ability to operate various equipment, including precision measuring devices and lifting devices.
  • Familiarity with applicable ISO/TS and quality system requirements and policies.

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Full benefits, including health, life, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) match.
