Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate leader to join our organization. An exciting opportunity exists for a Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist at The Spine Hospital Neurological Center.

Key Responsibilities
- Previous hospital experience is essential.
- Deliver the highest standard of nutritional care to patients, addressing their overall needs.
- Assess nutritional requirements, set objectives, and apply medical nutrition therapy based on patients' nutritional status.
- Develop effective strategies to implement innovative programs that promote optimal clinical nutrition and favorable financial outcomes.
- Adhere to regulatory standards from both Federal and State agencies, maintaining confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and residents' rights policies.
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to ensure quality nutrition and culinary programs.
- Analyze menu cycles for nutrient content and dietary consistency.
- Support quality assurance initiatives within the kitchen.
- Implement health and wellness initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to foster improvements in nursing and kitchen management.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare/hospitals or behavioral health.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian.
- Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree.
- Functional Experience: Eligibility for certification as a Registered Dietitian.
Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00/year
