Palliative Care Opportunity at St. Luke's Health System

St. Luke's Health System is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and improving the lives of those we serve. We are seeking an experienced Palliative Care Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team.

About the Role
In this critical role, you will provide expert management of complex symptoms, navigate complicated decision-making processes with empathy and clarity, and deliver whole person care-physical, social, emotional, and spiritual. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal comfort and quality of life for patients.

Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will require a minimum of 3 years of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) experience. A strong background in palliative or hospice care is preferred, as well as a proven ability to communicate effectively within our interdisciplinary team and across other disciplines and subspecialties.
