Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Care Specialist to join our team at Senior Lifestyle Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), LPN/LVN, or Director of Health & Wellness.
  • Take and record vital signs, measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
  • Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and report such changes to a supervisor.

As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living. You will also transfer, position, and turn residents, provide skin care, and contribute to resident assessments and plans of care.

Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisors and other employees, and respond to emergency situations.

The ideal candidate will possess basic computer skills, be able to work as part of a team, handle multiple tasks safely and effectively, and have proficient verbal and written communication skills.
