Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing documents, following up on pending business, and handling customer service calls.

  • Review and submit new account applications and service documents with speed and accuracy.
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone calls regarding pending applications, compensation, and financial transactions with advisors and their staff.
  • Follow up on pending applications through phone or email to ensure timely processing and resolution.
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, with diverse personality types.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using PCs and working on multiple platforms.

  • Security license(s)
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry
  • Customer service experience
