Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing documents, following up on pending business, and handling customer service calls.
- Review and submit new account applications and service documents with speed and accuracy.
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone calls regarding pending applications, compensation, and financial transactions with advisors and their staff.
- Follow up on pending applications through phone or email to ensure timely processing and resolution.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, with diverse personality types.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using PCs and working on multiple platforms.
- Security license(s)
- Previous experience in the financial services industry
- Customer service experience
- An estimated salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
