We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Business Planning Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation team in Bucharest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a new Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process framework that effectively focuses on a 18+ months horizon.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Deploy IBP Objectives: Develop and deploy the objectives for IBP and ensure there is understanding in the organization for the IBP process, including the implications of each cycle.
- Lead Cross-Functional Reconciliation: Lead the cross-functional reconciliation of the output from the individual i-S&OP process steps, (Product, Demand and Supply), and then supporting Management Business Review (MBR) preparation.
- Engage Stakeholders: Engage the right individuals in decisions in appropriate ways across the organization and keep them informed of changes and progress toward expected outcomes.
- Identify and Surface Action Plans: Identify, surface or create action plans to deliver remediation and improvements within IS&OP scope.
- Ensure IT Solutions: Ensure that right IT solutions/x-functional inputs are in place to manage long term volume forecast projection.
- Support Leadership Team: Support the alignment of Leadership Team stakeholders to reach recommendations and decisions to close and exceed the financial gaps which the i-S&OP process identifies.
- Develop One Set of Numbers: Cooperation with x-functional teams to develop one set of numbers for the 18 months rolling horizon.
- Lead Cross Functional Reconciliation: Responsible for leading cross functional reconciliation, coordination of review meetings including agendas, preparation of decision support materials and driver decision making.
- Forecast Accuracy: One set of numbers to run business - volume, revenue & contribution profit forecasts. Forecast accuracy (short & long-term).
- Sharing Best Practices: Sharing and importing best-practices from sector/region to East Balkans environment.
- IBP Experience: Consistent IBP, Demand Planning, Supply/Production Planning, S&OP or S&OE experience preferred.
- Overall Experience: 7yrs+ overall experience, 5yrs+ cross-functional.
- Project Management: Project Management experience that includes leading project teams and working with cross-functional and/or extended teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Commercial Knowledge: Has good knowledge of how (PepsiCo's) FMCGs Sales/Commercial operate and interact.
- Financial Background: A strong financial background with sound Commercial understanding.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Customer Requirements: Experience in understanding and defining complex customer requirements and shaping them into solutions.
- Language Skills: Fluent English.
- Technical Skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, advanced working knowledge of analytical applications.
