Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Surveyor to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our civil engineering and land surveying services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects from feasibility studies to final permitting.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including corporate and government entities. You will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, from residential to industrial, highways to railways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveys, topographic mapping, boundary adjustments, subdivision mapping, and record of survey
  • Prepare legal descriptions, as-built surveys, and deed & plat research
  • Review plats, draft/design drawings, and maintain records
  • Assess surveying problems and ensure accurate right-of-way
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in land surveying, subdivision mapping, topographic mapping, and writing legal descriptions
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, and GPS equipment
  • Registration as a Professional Land Surveyor
