Position Summary:
The Graphic Production Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our Marketing Department by focusing on in-house editing, printing, and the organization and creation of graphic files for products related to business development initiatives and client needs. The primary responsibilities include updating existing materials such as product booklets, promotional flyers, and occasionally digital presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage updates, edits, and modifications of client materials, including booklets and sales flyers.
- Oversee the approval workflow for these updates, collaborating closely with the sales team leader for each specific project.
- Revise graphic files for both print and digital formats, utilizing existing templates for various print products and presentations.
- Collaborate with managers and team members to enhance print production workflows.
- Assist in the printing and distribution of booklets and other printed materials.
- Work alongside designers and team members to create and refine graphic designs.
- Perform image retouching and manipulation as required.
- Operate independently to ensure high-quality project completion within deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Experience with brand identity and development.
- Proficient in preparing files for print production, including trim, bleeds, crops, and color calibration.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Motivated to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
- Excellent time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience:
- Preferred: 1 year of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work (portfolio required).
- Familiarity with print and digital media tools and channels.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year or more of relevant work experience.
- General knowledge of print and digital media industries.
Attendance:
- Daily in-person attendance is required at the office in accordance with company policy.
- Remote work attendance may be required during standard business hours if permitted.
- The company reserves the right to require in-person attendance at any time.
Work Schedule:
- This is a full-time role, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary based on job demands.
Travel Requirements:
- Minimal travel (approximately 5%) to other office locations may be required.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position include regular communication, standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, and occasionally lifting up to thirty pounds.
Mental Requirements:
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions, interpret data, and communicate effectively in both written and oral forms.
