Job Summary:

A leading manufacturer in the industry is seeking a skilled Reliability and Maintenance Manager to oversee the integrity and maintenance of all plant assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a proven track record of improving line efficiencies, product quality, and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the maintenance and reliability of all production equipment, plant utilities, and facility infrastructure.

Develop and implement departmental goals that focus on improving line efficiencies, product quality, and equipment reliability.

Establish and enforce plant safety policies related to LOTO, confined space, electrical, and other industrial safety hazards.

Implement actions to improve planned, preventive maintenance programs and expand the capability of CMMS utilization.

Develop expertise in the maintenance organization on all mechanical, electrical, and control platforms.

Determine skills gaps in the maintenance team and develop education/training plans to close those gaps.

Establish clear performance management standards for all maintenance technicians and activities.

Develop/Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for maintenance/reliability.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing and maintenance.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Strong knowledge of CMMS and maintenance best practices.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
