Maverick Gaming is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Stock and maintain maid carts throughout the day and at the end of the day.
  • Strip all beds in a timely fashion on both floors.
  • Bring laundry bins up from P-1.
  • Ensure housekeeping office shelves are fully stocked at the end of the day.
  • Clean vending and ice areas, as well as elevator lobbies, throughout the day.
  • Clear laundry bags for dirty linen throughout the day.
  • Remove trash on a continuous basis throughout the hotel.
  • Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment.
  • Identify and report any unsafe practices or conditions to your supervisor.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience and knowledge.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
  • Ability to follow security policies and procedures.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
