Lead Educator for Early Childhood Development

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Educator to join our team at KIPP Colorado, driving instructional excellence and student success in our Early Childhood Education program. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement standards-based unit plans and daily lesson plans that foster academic growth and social development.
- Create a language-rich, thematically aligned learning environment that promotes creativity and curiosity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver rigorous, backwards-planned lessons that meet individual students' needs.
- Utilize data to inform instruction and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- PDIS 3.0 ECT Credential II+ and ability to pass FBI, CBI, and TRAILS Child Abuse and Neglect Background Check.
- Strong commitment to instructional excellence, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
