We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Developer to join our team at BrainWorks. As a senior member of our quantitative research team, you will work closely with investment professionals to develop and implement analytical models and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex analytical models and algorithms
  • Collaborate with investment teams to design and implement portfolio construction and risk management strategies
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quantitative techniques and methods

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or computational field (Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, etc.)
  • 8+ years of experience in analytical models and working with investment professionals
  • Proven experience in fixed income asset classes
  • Deep understanding of quantitative techniques and methods, statistics, and econometrics
  • Proven track record in hands-on development of analytical solutions
  • Full-stack software development knowledge
  • Technical and programming skills in Python, SQL, and Unix
