Senior Quant Researcher/Sub PM Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quant Researcher or Sub-Pm to join our expanding team at Paragon Alpha - Hedge Fund Talent Business. The successful candidate will have experience in researching and developing Equity Stat Arb strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Equity Stat Arb strategies using Python and SQL.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement software solutions.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify profitable trading opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the field of quantitative research.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in quantitative research and development of Equity Stat Arb strategies.
  • PhD/M.S. in Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics or similar field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with software design principles and the Linux programming environment.
