We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Originator/Wholesale Account Executive to join our team at Royal Business Bank. As a key member of our mortgage lending team, you will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loans for retail clients and mortgage brokers in the state of Arizona.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with retail clients and mortgage brokers to generate new mortgage loan business.
- Conduct interviews with prospective borrowers to analyze financial and credit data, determine customer financing objectives, and provide product and pricing guidance.
- Provide complete loan applications to processing personnel and ensure timely loan closings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by overseeing the loan process from origination to close and communicating with customers and business partners.
- Assist in implementing business plans and marketing strategies to achieve the Bank's financial objectives and CRA goals.
- Cross-sell other bank products and services to customers.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to less experienced staff members in the department.
- College degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in originating mortgage loans with a track record of business development.
- Extensive knowledge of mortgage loan and government lending guidelines.
- Strong business development skills.
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Word, Excel, and Encompass.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in Mandarin is required.
