As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal delivery of the curriculum throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative and logistical support for the CTR track of SI, ensuring accurate and timely content on the Canvas learning management system.
* Collaborate with the Education Program Manager, SI Director, SI Track Directors, other SI Education Coordinators, and faculty mentors to achieve program goals.
* Interact with co-workers, visitors, and other staff in a professional and respectful manner.
* Advance and contingency planning for student and faculty sessions, events, and meetings, including problem-solving and escalating issues to the SI leadership team.
* Support program educational activities by ensuring accurate and timely content on the Canvas learning management system.
* Coordinate and communicate faculty deadlines for didactic sessions, including editing presentations, formatting, and revisions.
* Coordinate faculty grading process, releasing feedback to students through assessment software, and tracking grades in shared network folders and Canvas.
* Track and maintain records of student progress, communicating with faculty and staff on students in danger of failing the course.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings for SKMC leadership and faculty, including maintaining meeting minutes, reserving rooms, and catering.
* Maintain accurate and current databases of documents, rosters, timelines, and procedures in shared network folders.
* Create and maintain detailed documentation of continuous quality improvement measures for the assigned SI track curriculum annually.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* A minimum of 5 years prior related experience in higher education preferred.
