Position: Culinary Assistant - Cold Food Preparation

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cold sauces, jellies, stuffing, salad dressings, and sandwiches according to established recipes.
- Order necessary food supplies to ensure menu items can be produced efficiently.
- Slice, pre-portion, and garnish cold cooked meats, fish, and poultry attractively.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Alert the Sous Chef of any anticipated shortages in supplies.
- Ensure that the work area and equipment are kept clean and sanitary.
- Properly cover, date, and store reusable leftover products.
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
Qualifications:
- Prior culinary experience is preferred.
- Ability to prepare cold food items as required for the menu.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
