Job Title: Security Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team at Advantage SCI, LLC. As a Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting project leadership and stakeholders, providing project planning and scheduling assistance, and performing duties in contract suitability, intake to Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12).

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist at a high level and communicate with project leadership and stakeholders
* Provide project planning and scheduling assistance
* Perform duties in contract suitability, intake to HSPD-12
* Apply incident management, problem solving, and task performance
* Produce finished documentation, including reports, special studies, procedure development, security training programs, and assessments
* Provide support to the Adjudications Programs or the HSPD-12 Programs
* Report and document associated with performance project program objectives
* Participate in stakeholder briefings, required meetings, and related project support services

Requirements:

* Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in security and/or intelligence fields
* Technical expertise in one or more security and/or intelligence fields
* Experience implementing complex government security and/or intelligence programs and policies
* Must be able to pass a DHS Favorable Suitability/Fitness determination
* U.S. Citizenship
* Must successfully pass a background investigation to be cleared to work

Working Conditions:

* The duties of this position are primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment
* Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
* Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
* Able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally
* Able to walk upstairs and long distances without assistance
