Job Summary

Sparks Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and growth for our company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry. You will be responsible for managing a team of salespeople and directly engaging with customers to sell our home improvement products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of salespeople to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to develop your team's skills.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential customers, effectively demonstrating our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to climb and carry a ladder to access roofs.

Compensation:

Salary plus commission or commission-only, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
