Job Title: Sales Manager

Sparks Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and growth for our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, provide training, coaching, and support to develop their skills, and monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Acquisition: Generate leads through various channels, conduct in-home sales presentations to potential customers, and address customer questions and concerns to build trust and confidence.
  • Sales Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers, and ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including roofing, siding, windows, decks, bathrooms, and sunrooms, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to climb and carry a ladder to access roofs.
Compensation:

Salary plus commission or commission-only, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

This is an in-person position.
