Sparks Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to develop your team's skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Engagement:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential customers, effectively demonstrating our products and services.
- Address customer questions and concerns to build trust and confidence.
- Sales Execution:
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Product Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including roofing, siding, windows, decks, bathrooms, and sunrooms.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to climb and carry a ladder to access roofs.
Salary plus commission or commission-only, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
