We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Specialist to join our team in Swampscott, Massachusetts.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 12-hour shifts, days.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost-effective patient care.

This includes assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Additionally, we are looking for a candidate who possesses not only the relevant skills and growth potential, but also positive attitudes, flexibility, and creative mindsets to join our expanding Nursing team.

The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
  • 2+ years of medical/surgical experience
  • A Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

BLS certification is required, ACLS is preferred, and telemetry experience is required.
