About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of medical/surgical experience and be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a Bachelor's Degree. A Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is mandatory, along with BLS certification and ACLS preferred. Telemetry experience is also required.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe Critical Care Nursing Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering patient and family centered care. The role requires the ability to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost effective patient care.
Key Requirements- 2+ years of medical/surgical experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a Bachelor's Degree
- Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- BLS certification
- ACLS preferred
- Telemetry experience
