The Guild for Human Services seeks a dedicated and compassionate Morning Program Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a strong commitment to supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and fostering a safe and positive living environment.

**Job Summary:**

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As a Morning Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the morning routine at one of our residential homes, ensuring all residents complete their daily tasks, including ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and breakfast. You will also oversee the safe transition from the residence to the school program, completing necessary paperwork and ensuring all residents arrive safely.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the morning routine, ensuring all residents complete their daily tasks, including ADLs and breakfast.
  • Oversee the safe transition from the residence to the school program, ensuring all protocols are followed.
  • Remain awake during the entire shift and provide support to residents as needed.
  • Complete overnight checklists and reports as outlined by each resident's service plan.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior support plans.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree or prior experience in lieu of a degree.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification or the ability to obtain it within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Reliable transportation to residential homes located in Massachusetts.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
